President/CEO: David Olund - David Olund’ s career spans more than 35 years and has been focused on the Financial Services industries. Mr. Olund is a former Registered Securities Principal and for the last more than 20 years he has worked as a Financial and Business Consultant doing work primarily for Private Clients in the US and abroad. More recently Mr Olund has been focused on entrepreneurial opportunities. Mr. Olund's skill sets encompass almost every aspect of corporate formations, operations, development, marketing, financial, operational, legal and capital markets.
Director: Fred Miller - Director of Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales. Fred Miller brings over 24 years of experience in the Over the Counter (OTC) pharmaceutical as well as health and nutritional products industries. This includes product development, branding, market planning. manufacturing, and national sales and distribution. Since 2002 he has served as President and majority owner of INNERCAP Technologies Inc, Orthopedic Pharmaceuticals Inc, Expedite Products Inc and Interbay Ventures LLC. Throughout the years as head of these companies, he has met with many buyers and executives of national and regional drug and grocery store chains. He has also developed and launched OTC products that have been sold in over 40,000 retail store locations. He continues to work with new and existing branded and private label products to be sold through many channels of retail distribution. Earlier in his career Fred owned, operated and eventually sold 8 General Nutrition Center (GNC) stores.
Director: Thomas Fitzgerald, J.D., - Mr Fitzgerald has more than 30 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. As an industry consultant, he has provided strategic advice for a range of early stage companies as well as more established domestic and international businesses. He has also advised the University of Rochester Medical Center on their initiative to generate and nurture spin out businesses in the life sciences.
Mr Fitzgerald has held seats on the Boards of Directors for a number of public and private entities. During his career, he has been responsible for the development, regulatory and marketing strategies, government relations, and intellectual property matters for biopharmaceutical companies for more than 25 years. He has held senior management positions for a number of both large and small companies, both European and USA.
He was Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer with Sheffield Pharmaceuticals Inc. (now MAP Pharma) and Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Fisons Corp (now Aventis). In addition, he has held senior management positions with Smith Kline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline).
Chief Science Officer and Director of Regulatory Affairs: Dr John Todhunter, Ph.D. - Dr. Todhunter contributes his knowledge and deep understanding of all aspects of the health care products development and market entry. This includes substantial experience developing corporate strategy, assessing emerging industry trends, and business operations. Dr. Todhunter has over 30 years experience in developing new products (therapeutics, medical devices, antimicrobials, specialty chemicals), testing such products, establishing and qualifying manufacturing for such products, and shepherding these through U.S. and foreign regulatory processes and approvals and on into the market.

Medical Director: Dr Michael Stampar - Michael Stampar, D.O. is a board-certified ENT and Facial Plastic surgeon, who started in private practice in 1988 in Mount Clemens, Michigan. He graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic medicine and received awards for outstanding student in medicine in 1983. He completed a rotating internship followed by his residency in ENT and Facial Plastic surgery that included training with nationally recognized experts in his field.
Dr. Stampar is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck and Orofacial Plastic Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
